Missed Appointments and Cancellations
Missed appointments or short notice cancellations make it hard for us to offer other patients timely appointments. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or providing us with less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation is subject to a $40 fee.

While our practice accepts educational materials and medication samples often provided by pharmaceutical industry representatives, we cannot accept any meals, drinks, or other elements of value not directly related to patient care.
